No this is not a deposit bonus, I never deposited there, and I got an email today same like bubblegem the exclusive offer at Tropica. I logged in and there's $20 no deposit bonus at the cashier.

I got same e-mail, and nothing there, I think you have to deposit in order to get it, I usually get all of the free no deposit bonuses, maybe because you never deposited its there for you.
