Has anyone else received in the email a $20 no deposit faxback bonus promotion from Royal Apollo Casino? I got it on Saturday and scanned and emailed the faxback form and copy of drivers license and utility bill. Live chat told me they were fowarded to security and it takes 24-48 hours to approve them. After the 48 hours was up I emailed the manager and he replied rather quicklly saying they did receive them, but, I needed to resend a larger copy. That was a couple of days ago and I have tried emailing the manager and he won't reply back. I tried to call the toll free number listed on the web site and all I get is a recording saying that number is not available from my calling area.

Yep! I got the email, it said you would recieve it as soon as your document's were approved! Sound's a bit strange though, Royal Apollo are usually a pretty good casino!! Hope you get it sorted out quickly & Good Luck when you get your $20
