Inetbet deposit question

I deposited at inetbet and my netspend sent me a text alert saying the deposit had been processed but my balance never updated. I have contacted inetbet support twice since this occured over 3 hours ago and have received no responce. I have never had a problem in the past. Has this ever happened to anyone else ?

carolpm, Hello. I have heard of this happening several times, but not at iNetBet. This happens sometimes and is usally a problem with netspend. Check your netspend account online and make sure the transaction went through. If it did, contact iNetBet and ask them if they received the deposit. Have the transaction number ready from your netspend account to give inetbet. If they did not get the money, tell netspend the "merchant" did not receive the payment. It usally takes netspend a week to credit the money back to your netspend account if it did not actually go through.
