Vegas Sky Email Question

Hey TDTAT, I am having problems with Vegas Sky. I cashed out on the 14th and got an email saying it was being processed. Called today for a form to send in with my documents and they said the emailed them to me. Never got them so I called again 2 more times and the same answer, we emailed the form to you. Seems funny that I get some emails and not others, what can I do?

sanaj49, Hi! Some casinos have the fax back form link on the website... ask live chat if it is located there and where you can find it. If not, confirm your email address and ask for it again. Maybe the attachment is too big and is being blocked by your provider, or maybe they are not sending it correctly, or maybe they are full of it.

In the meantime I will email a manager and ask for the form and send you a private message when I get it, just in case you do not get this sorted out.
