wired plastic card, help please

im new to wired plastic card, please help me with it.
here is the situation. i've heard from sombody that you can sign up online for a WP card and right after sign up they will give you an account number, routing number ,bank name and type which you can made direct deposit to the card. you also creat a login id and password during the sign up process.
i've done everything above and i've got everything( account and routing number, login id and password etc.), but when i try to login to my card account just to make sure everything is alright before i made my deposit, i couldn't login!! it says the login ID or password is invaild. im 100% sure it is correct. i called their customer support ask them why is that, they said i need to wait for 7-10 days for cards to come, i need to activated and fund my card before i can login.
is these true? is there any faster ways that i can get access to my card?

spr6pk, Hello, I think you have to receive the actual card to activate it. I do not see why customer support would give you the wrong information.

or do anyone know if i can purchase a wired plastic card on a local retailer, like western union?

TDTAT can u tell me the first 6 digit of wp card? i want to check up their issuer bank. thanks

You have to order the card online, then activate it when you get it then u can use it , i use western union to load it.

Use the wired plastic web site to keep track of your transactions, use the user info you made earlier to get into your acct.
