Dendera seems to be making own rules regarding cashouts

Hey all I deposited at Dendera and cashed out $1200. I went to support to have it flushed. Below you will find the chat session. If anyone has an explanation for this it Transcript of your chat

Well I know my mother had an odd experience with them. She made playthrough on a free chip ($30) she was required to make a deposit in order to cash out and was told she could withdraw the deposit (the usual terms) so she did deposit the $25 and requested a withdrawl of $55 but was only paid $40??? She has e-mailed twice to the casino manager and still has not received an answer and that was two weeks ago. She has given up on the $15 but has a bad taste in her mouth for Dendera.

TDTAT are we seeing rivals starting to evolve into something like those strict RTG monsters nobody wants to play at anymore???? Whats going on??

After this is over , depending on how it turns out, I probably won't deposit at Dendera anymore :

Each casino makes it's own rules when it comes to flushing. Some do not allow flushing and some only flush for VIP players. Looks like Dendera is not flushing. Each casino makes their own rules, just like every casino does. Some casinos do not flush at all, that is their choice. They can change their policies at any time. You will see nothing about flushing in any casino's terms and conditions, it has always been a "courtesy".

Write an email to the manager and complain and I will do the same. You were not happy with Dendera last week, so why keep playing there?

I do not think it is fair to group all Rival casinos together just because one does something. It is one thing to not be able to flush a withdrawal and quite another to not getting paid at all. Many casinos from many softwares have never allowed cashouts to be flushed. It stinks if they changed their policy, so leave a review in the casino directory so other players will know to choose a better casino.

If you want fast cashouts and flushing, play at SlotoCash or another casino.

LOL that was agood one. anyway i have wandered away from the oldrivals probably because they dont seem to hit like the new casinos. they just suck my money away. but now thwt i know this aboutDendera i will probably not deposit there again thanks for the input this just really caught me off guard.

That sounds like a "super sticky" bonus. I emailed and complained about that, as those bonuses stink. The original $15 free chip must have been removed from the cashout. " That is a type of bonus ThisIsVegas tried for a while and then removed after multiple complaints. I hope Dendera comes to their senses quickly, or they will be in the dog house.

Dendera has had their ranking lowered in the casino directory and it may go even lower depending on the response I get regarding this and the flushing situation. Their ranking at BestRivalCasinos.com will also suffer when next week's ranking are released.

When i made cashout on free money at Xmas for to $250 to my quicktender i got $235. i did not ask why. i think it because when i was playing on free money i got comp points that came to $15.00 so they got took back the comp points i earn off of free money.

Prowan52, It was probably the new player $15 free chip.. I do not think they would remove $ earned on comp points.
