they tell me it takes up to 24 hours to get the bonus.

However, Free Signup bonuses for our Bingo site are only available through a limited number of bulletin boards and forums. If you wish to claim a bonus, you must go to the bulletin board or forum where you saw the offer, download the bingo software and register and then write back to the forum to claim your bonus.
The forum will then submit your claim to us for payment, which will normally be processed in 2-3 days or longer over a weekend. We will only credit bonus requests received from these forums and not directly to players.
