If you are trying to cashout $300 on the $5 iNetBet free chip it will not work. The max cashout is 10x $5 for everyone except VIP players and for VIP players the max cashout is usally 15x $5 = $75.

Looks like you are not a vip player so they let you cashout $50 and removed the rest of the win. smileops:

CoraBets, They took all of what away? The max cashout on the free chip was $50. You said you tried to cashout $300, which is more than you can cashout on a free chip with a $50 max cashout.

Maybe you have not deposited in the last 6 months at iNetBet? You can only use the free chips if you have deposited in the last 6 months.

If you have not deposited in the last 6 months or did not follow the terms of the free chip then you can not cashout at all.

Anyway, you should ask inetbet. They can answer why they did what they did.
