Hi TDTAT! This may be silly, but I'm a little confused. I deposited throughout January being about $450 ($50 each deposit) and lost it all everytime. Wouldn't that be losses? I am on the VIP list and have sent in all my documents a few months ago. Thanks for your help! This forum is really great! smile

tdkbeg, Hi! Yes if you deposited $450 that would count, unless you
cashed out and that would be deducted.

Example: I deposit $500 but cashout $100, so my cashback would be
on $400, not $500.

You still need to ask the casino manager for your cashback smile
