Oh my....well, yes I was pretty certain the 400 group and Pantasia were somehow related because I've talked to the same chat people at all of the casinos, including Pantasia, and Pantasia is the name that shows up on my Netspend account, regardless of where I deposit. I guess that's why I am not surprised that all of the Rivals are having bonus problems now.
On another note, I was playing at Pantasia on Friday and received the free spin bonus. On the 7th spin, the free spins were retriggered, giving me 13 free spins left, plus a bonus feature was triggered. I played the bonus, then went back to my 13 spins. My next spin was nothing, leaving me 12 spins. The following spin triggered a bonus feature (I had 11 spins left) and I went to play the bonus. When I returned, I only had 1 FREE SPIN!!! The other ten that were retriggered were GONE!!! I was really upset because I was really on a roll!! I emailed Tawnia (my Rival Resolver!) and she forwarded the info to Pantasia for review. Well, that was then and this is now and I haven't heard anything.
I wasn't going to post this because I didn't want to add more bad publicity for the Rival casinos, but since they don't care to respond or resolve the issue, I suppose I shouldn't care about adding to the pile-up of issues they have had lately. I love the Rival casinos, but I'm truly getting fed up. I've had other issues that I've tried to resolve without posting, but I'm really getting sick of it. At the very least, an email letting me know they are working on it would have been nice. I sent screen shots and everything, even went so far as to explain what I won on each round so they could check the history and verify...nothing.![]()
OOOOOHHH And let me say I'm not bitching about the bonuses...it's their perogative to give them or not...I'm just annoyed with all the "glitches" and "errors" that this software has been experiencing.
