Im still playing Cleopatras Palace $260 code . I have never deposited there and am wondering if I should try to cash out . Couldnt find the terms . Any ideas ?.Thanks .

Congratulations Joanned. You can "try" to cashout... but don't be disappointed if they give you the runaround about getting paid and then don't pay you. Maybe with a small withdrawal like yours they will process it in hopes of getting you to deposit. OR they may even tell you that you have to deposit in order to withdraw
. I personally have not have any experience with that RTG. IF you do attempt a cashout please be sure to let us know how your withdrawal process goes.

Joanned... I would contact the customer support and ask. Some of the "not good" or "rogue" casinos have it so that you can't copy the chat session and they don't email a transcript. I have discovered a way around that!! IF this is one of them then you can "screenshot" a copy of the chat session. Whenever you interact with support you should have a copy of those chat sessions. It won't hurt to try to cashout. Be prepared to provide the doc's they want and keep us updated as to how that goes.
I was not able to get a freebie from this one. however... I did find this in thier t&c's which leaves them with a door wide open. IMO.
Any player exhibiting "bonus hunting" behavior will have their account terminated, bonuses seized and winnings void. Bonus hunting behavior is defined by the management on a case by case basis.

I know some Rivals have that rule on players who have not depositted. They require you to deposit a minimum of $25 to withdraw. I would recommend that IF you do deposit use Quicktender (if you have that option) so you can withdraw to the method you used to deposit. The only way to find out IF they are going to pay is to risk the minimum deposit amount. I am thinking where they are new, they will probably pay. You may get the usual rogue run-a-round.. but eventually get paid (I had played at VIP Lounge with a free chip and made the playthrough, I went through the same thing and I did deposit in order to withdraw the max cashout of $100. They took thier time BUT they did process my withdrawal!). UNLESS you have redeemed more than one free chip in which case I wouldn't even try to withdraw. I got a code today via phone call for VIP Lounge casino (there are 2 RTG's with similar names so be careful it's the right one.) I am not sure if this is an individual promo, I don't think so since they left a message on my voicemail with the code.
