Hello... 1st. Support already told you you got the $10 and played it.
Is there a chance you forgot or are confusing 2 casinos?
What you need to do is go to live chat and ask them if youare affiliated to noluckneeded. If they say yes, ask for the $10.
If they say you already played it, then you already played it.
If you do not believe you played it, ask for the date you claimed and played.

I talked to live support(chris) he or she cut me right off and hung up on me. They did say I got the 10.00 when i signed up. I thought this was for old and new players. I was under the impression you got another 10 seperate from the sign up. But i must be wrong.
