you are blocked from bonus and need to ask for a "manager account review".

mommy6969, Hi, Have you ever been blocked from bonus at a Rival casino? That is what must have happened if you did not get any bonuses after your registered.

Ask for a "Manager account review" and maybe they will change their mind.
