I have been trying to play rockbet casino since friday 13,but casino down.contacted live help.they said they are a new casino,and having problems.but please play flash version works fine.but guess what it does not.contacted live help.thay said the same thing as before.I think for a new casino to be down for so long is terrible.will not be depositing here.mrhunk

Also, this is more Rival's fault than RockBet's. It is the new Rival flash software...
Rival is not good about testing before releasing.

Sorry everyone!

I was told the download version is ok but the flash is not working. smile

Rival is not good at beta testing. RockBet casino wants this fixed
as fast as we do and is on the Rival technical people every minute. smile

Remember this is the first time Rival has tried a flash version. smileops:

hey tdat, I asked a manager account review cause I once had a double on superior I think and bonusses aren't granted automaticly.

Dunno how long these normally take but been 24houres smile

i registered by your link , got my 100% bonus and play , and win , and cashout , then when i return to this casino , i fund my $10 free , i play it and loose

but now , smile , i have no promotion available , like all rival i closed , im asking if they are not make me a bonus abuse or i dont know what !!! all i know, there was a promo when i leave casino , and now there s nothing

why they let me open an account , why they give me $10 free , bonuses , and after ....... im tired again of that , but i dont go ask anything to john , i leave this casino like that and i continue to play to sloto smile

I made some deposits, on Saturday.
All of my promos were there, and then my last deposit gets stuck in the
casino during their tech issues... when I logged back in, all my promos were
gone and I was told that I am 'bonus ineligible', now.


Being bonus blocked does not surprise me.
But, being bonus blocked after several deposits annoys me... they should
have blocked me, from the start of my log in, not after I play 6 deposits!

I know that they are having trouble with the bonus block..
I have emailed them at least 5 users that they have reversed the bonus block for smile
You could ask them for a manager account review if you are interested.

They must have different security set-ups or something.
I still get bonuses at Absolute Slots and Irish Luck, and sometimes, I do
use them.
I have even cashed out on a free chip or two at Absolute Slots.

Supposedly, this New casino (RockBet) pays out in 24-48 hours, so they say.
If that is true, then that could be sort of a bonus, in itself!

voodookitty, I think all the casinos have different security setups..
In RockBets case, the setup is not working perfectly now... or even half perfect smileops:
