A very smart member let me know that you can actually
transfer money from the ICC ATM Card to netspend accounts
by using the "direct deposit" info listed at netspend .. if they want
to reveal themselves, great.. if not and you have any questions

I ordered my card on the 7th of march, on the 12th I called intertops about it, they said it was mailed that day, and give me a tracking # I checked the DHL website on the 13th and it said they tried to deliver but the premises was closed.....I stay in a house and I work from home, so I'm home all day everyday no one tried to deliver anything here, so I emailed intertops, I got A reply the next day and was told to contact DHL. before contacting them I checked the site again and it said it was delivered and signed for. So I called DHL and they say it was delivered and sign for by me.I don't know who they give the card to but it was not me, tried contacting intertops, but I keep getting a mail failure notice. I guess I just gave that $15 awy

Hello!
Are you sure you did not give the incorrect address?
In any case send an email to Intertops and to DHL
and tell them you did not sign. Tell Intertops you need
and additional card mailed. Post your user name here too

I give the right address it's the same address on my intertop account a checked and it is correct.I have sent about 20 emails to intertops the last two I sent came back with a undeliverable failure notice
