This is what I was told at chat....
Some accounts appear to have not received the loyalty bonuses yet so we're having the BonusManager come in and check those accounts manually for the Loyalties, is it ok for me to add your account in the list?
Maybe you should go to chat and let them know to add you to the list!!!!

I got the same answer when I asked. Was told the "bonus manager" would be in later today and would handle the list. Strange !

I play at all of them.Have deposited in all of them in the month of April.If all count the same then i should get some kind of loyalty bonus.But still nothing.Still no reply from email.

No, you don't give your account name here go to the casino and go on live chat and let them know you have not got your bonus and give them your account name to put on the list...

I just logged on to my paradise8 account and asked live chat about the loyalty bonuses... Aisha (new csr, i think) said that emails would be going out today ... sounds famiLIAR ... lol - anyway lets hope so ...
