Hi Breng63

We have found an issue where 2 desk top icons appear that have the same logo and we believe that if a customer selects the wrong ICON which is easy to do then the casino if it is installiing will cause the installation to fail.

Please download again and check the icons on the desk top and only select the ICON called Hype Casino not Hype Gaming as this will reinstall the casino.

We are goign to fix this in the next 24 hours

We care very much about our product and we know that some are experiencing some teething issues that are frustrating.

On the positive side the games payout more than most Online Slots on a % basis as we believe that player value and entertainment is essential.

Please keep trying to play and post here if you are having issues I am watching and hearing what you say

I do not believe this is a customer service issue as we monitor all chats , it is perhaps a technical issue isolated to your PC.

Please try one more time on this as I am personally interested in your experiences here.

I downloaded again...tried to open Hype Casino...nothing happened, it would not open, even right clicking to OPEN. I tried to 'run' program but I get a message that states "download manager .dll not found, reinstalling may fix this problem". I have tried to reinstall several times. I did pull up the Properties and run the compatibility path on my computer, then tried to open..still cant get the casino to come up.

I will be happy to keep trying any suggestions you have because I would love to play here!!!

Also, when it appears that this program is downloading, at first it looks normal, like it is going to download. Then it slows a lot and this

C:\...\owner\applicationdata\hype\uninstall.cmd

stays on the download for a long time.
After that, the screen just goes away and nothing happens.

I am very keen to get you up and running I have downloaded several times this morning. If you answer the following for me please?
- DId you see the web site ok www.hypegaming.com?
- When downlaoding did you select run or save?
- Did the install work and the lobby load?

Where did the problem occur for you exactly was there any messsages that you recieved.

I am sure we will resolve this quickly for you

i went to your www.hyegaming.com and downloaded it.
I hit run and it comes up that something about manager instalation could not be downloaded and it can't be downloaded right now.
