My congrats to those who quit smoking, I know how hard it is to do. We quit for 8 months a few years ago but fell off the wagon during a stressful time.
The plan now is for hubby and I to quit after our vacation, next month. We are spending a week at a couple of casinos in Louisiana and the long drive, playing slots and drinking is when we smoke the most, so that will be our last hurrah of "lighting up".

My fun fact is when I was little I thought All cats were the girls and the dogs were all boy animals lol cause I like cats n my cousin josh like dogs Needless to say in kindergarten when we got dressed up like cats n sang the song from lady and tramp “we are Siamese if please meow “ I was delighted And I even have pictures want to try /will add later if I can find lol N good luck everyone

I have a coffee addiction! I drink Death Wish coffee , 3 x's the amt of caffeine . Although any coffee will do when you have a love of coffee
My brother drinks death wish cause he works grave shift and you can't get him to shut up ...Lol.
Me on the other hand i like to have a variety of coffee. My favorite is Colombian and Kona Blend . I use k-cups and they can get pretty pricey at times but i still buy them cause i love me coffee.

I am also a coffee enthusiast. I am not quite sure if I will ever find anything as tasty as that first cup of delicious coffee in the morning.

webdeb, Good luck! I used the lozenges and that worked for me. But really, I finally got tired of smoking. I would try not to get discouraged if someone cheats. In my view, even cutting down is progress and should be viewed as a win.

I quit smoking using life savers , ate them by the bags .Also tried to stay away from places I would smoke

I had to quit coffee, and chocolate to quit cigarettes! It was a very dark time!!! Can't really talk about it still,

lol It was hard having that first cup in the morning with no cig , and the after dinner cup was bad too. But chocolate is still my lover!
