Are you guys cooking anything special for Cinco de Mayo? I'm not sure what I'm cooking yet, but it will be Mexican!

I make some mean Mexican food ( couple of Mexican boyfriends of the years ) but I dont think I will cook . Too easy to eat too much and get sick. So going out with daughter instead . We have a really good Mexican restasurant with Mariachi's
