I had forgot all about the cashback bonus. I think all of them are having issues since the upgrade.

Ive never cashed out yet, so I know I have cashback. Ill just keep checking here to see when they get it worked out.

smile Personally, I think that they should have waited, to announce their exciting new "VIP" program after they figured it out!!
Or at least sent out a Generic email saying that they were dealing through the issues..

About $500 or more in deposits, in the Month of February.... no withdrawals - I was looking forward to the extra 15%.
It would be about $75

Ya'- I thought that would work.

I emailed Support on Tuesday morning..... no reply.
I emailed her on Tuesday night..... no reply.
Emailed the "VIP" Manager, Thursday.... no reply. (no surprise, there..)

smile something wrong with that...

Im disapponted in Simonsays. They just dont seem to be like they used to. I dont like having to beg for my bonuses. They used to always be there when
they were supposed to. I did finally get response earlier this week cause I didnt get my bishops bonus. I asked about the cashback and they didnt address it in the email. Im not gonna deposit again here until I get my cashback.

As posted there are problems with new things being implemented..
also emails are being delayed coming and going.
at least they are offering these promos now, which is way more than
any other Rival I think..

These are just technical problems, otherwise they
would have never even added the cashback or the vip system.
They would have just gone on doing the weekly 100% and we
would have all been happy.

I personally have gotten quite spoiled with all the freebies, bonuses and vip
promos Rival has been doing recently and I have to remind
myself what it was like last year. I was happy to get $10 free and
100% once a month from a casino smile lets all keep perspective.
