I am sure it depends on deposit amount for
the year and if you get a support person
or a manager (who can actually give a bonus)
Id imagine your right about the if you got a manager that could do it or not But I have had my account at intertops for years and deposited there a lot last year guess Ill just have to try em again this year since its almost my bday again anyways!

for birthday freebies on/around your birthday 
BE BRIEF, include acct# and BE NICE!!

I play a lot at intertops, TDTAT also sent an email, but I did receive $50, I promise, and an email stating that the $50 was for my birthday. I spent thousands last year at the Jackpot Factory, I'm a VIP and I haven't played there since May and I didn't even get a Happy Birthday! I told them to close all my accounts!!
