On Monday, August 2nd at 9:30 a.m., my husband of six years and myself will be on a boat from Dana Point, CA to Catalina Island. We will spend the first evening in the small quaint town of Avalon and then in the morning we will be on a Safari Bus crossing the island and being amazed how many Buffalo are on that small island. We will arrive in the town of Two Harbors at a very modest campsite within a stones throw of the beach. From there, we will Kayak, Snorkel, and Fish, Fish, Fish.................
No cell phones, no phones, no kids, no elderly mother with dementia and best of all......... No work for one whole week........ I hope my attorney can survive without me.
Oh, and by the way, the campsites on the beach are only $26.00 per night..

Bonding with all the kids in the neighborhood - to keep them busy enough to stay out of trouble. Granted it may be taking its toll on me - I am okay with that. Not to mention it keeps my mind at ease to know I will remain busy for the rest of the summer. masterashe

So far all I have done was work more because everyone else is taking a vacation, but I am grateful for the work.
