I used the 1919 free play, just had fun with max spins, I hope tradition doesn't change it, but it gives A LOT of comp points, after I went bust on the freeplay I had 4k+ comp points, good for 40$, played those and ran it up to 160
Deposited 25 without a bonus, so I could withdrawel
offcourse like a real gambler, in stead of withdraweling 185, played till I had 30 left, withdrew those, received the funds after 36 houres or something, so no complaints at all

Sorry : the free comps given on freeplay were an error from us. So now, no comps won't be given on freeplay bonuses. You're lucky to have had this benefit! lol

Sorry : the free comps given on freeplay were an error from us. So now, no comps won't be given on freeplay bonuses. You're lucky to have had this benefit! lol

I downloaded this Casino and after download I clicked on the desttop link for this Casino and it won't load I tryed to redownloading it 3 times still Won't work

Destiny, Hi! Try rebooting your computer and cleaning your cookies. If the icon does not work, go to your start page with all your programs listed and try opening the program from that list. If all of that does not work, try the flash version of the casino or delete the program and download it again.

I got an email from this casino, that said, "reviewed account" in the subject line.
The email said that the "Manager" had reviewed my acct. and that there
were several nice promos added.
So, I checked to see what was added!
There were a few deposit bonuses and the $50 "refer a friend" Bonus.
(by the way, the deposit bonuses are very nice with excellent terms..)
Anyway, I did not refer anyone.... so, I sent an email to support,
inquiring about the $50 bonus.
Just an hour or so later, the bonus was not there anymore!!!
And, I never heard anything back...
A couple of days later, I got an email - relating to this same issue, which
had me somewhat bothered... of course I could not help but, to reply
to that email... (because, I never shut-up!)
I will say, that it makes a Huge impression on me - when an owner or
someone with great authority from an online casino takes the time to
personally respond to a question or issue or whatever the reason.
I got a short and pleasant email from Emma, which cleared up the confusion.
With that said...
I think I will give them a try - very soon.

I hate when casinos don't offer no deposit bonus's for video poker. When they do, the playthrough is ridiculous, but I don't care, at least I feel I have a chance at winning something playing something that I enjoy. I contacted support, and after waiting about 20 minutes AFTER she answered the chat, I was told they don't offer any no deposit bonus's for video poker. VP is the only game I play online. Oh well, cross this one off my list!
