It's pretty crazy!! Everytime I download a new rival casino I never get the no deposit offer. They always say that I have duplicate accts & I know I dont.

terri351, Hi, Once you get on the list you will have to ask for a manager account review at each new Rival casino.

terri351, Hi, Yes I would send a very nice email with the subject "Manager Account Review".
Let them know if you deposit at other Rival casinos and explain that you do not have multiple accounts and would like to try them with the bonus.

i make it for the next rival , but they dont give me bonuses , same after i ask them a account revew

i have already sloto cash and regal vegal and you i closed all others for this reason

samsarah1, Hi, sorry. The new casinos use the Rival bonus ban list. SlotoCash used it when they were new too and saw that they were better off making their own decisions about players.

We can only hope that as the newer casinos gain experience, they will use the abuse lists in a smarter way.

All the casinos say that is you are bonus blocked and deposit without bonuses they will reconsider their decisions.

Ruby Royal blocked me as well and I emailed them once and they emailed back with the same "canned" statement. Just out of frustration and a "what the heck" attitude, I emailed them back again and they unlocked the block!!. It was certainly in their favor because I have made several deposits. Now this new casino has me blocked as well. I have emailed and will try a second time too if they give me that same bologna. This all started for me when I tried to withdraw $4000 from Simon Says. Needless to say, Simon Says has not gotten a dime from me since!

Sorry to be such a pain. And you were right about that, but there is another forum that got and extra $100, three days after you register besides the regular signup no deposit bonus ya get when you register.

"I just feel so cheated when they give more to some forums than they give others! I hate when casino's do that!
