how did you guess?
I really was a Veterinary Technician for over 12 years! 
Before that I taught Obedience training & between them both I learned alot!! Especially average weight, attitude, quirks, etc 
. So when you said "80 lbs" AND "jumping on you or sitting on your lap".. the first breed to pop into my head was a Labrodor!! 
Black, Yellow or Chocolate??
