I truly did not post that for pity nor sympathy, but to tell others like me, and I know there must be many, that today is not a sad day, even though your child is not here; the angels have wonderful company, and as we know, angels do breathe!
Never let a day go by without telling your children you love them; never let a day pass that you don't kiss your child's face. For you cannot make up for those lost opportunities. I have no regrets there whatsoever; I told him I loved him, and I kissed him every day. And he knew he was loved, and wanted (I was a single mother by choice at the age of 32, so he knew he was no accident), and I am proud of the purity of soul that man had when he passed. He never did any drugs, had one drink and it made him sick, and he was a virgin, at the age of 19, because he wanted it to be special and planned on waiting til he married (although I insisted he carry a condom in his wallet). I was blessed with having him for 19 years, but he told me that he had to go because he wasn't supposed to be born when he was, but that since I wanted a baby so desparately, God let me have him, because he knew I would be good to him, and I was, but that he was supposed to be born now, not then, so he had to go. He told me this three months after he died,as I sat on the floor wailing, weeping, and screaming at God that I hated Him.
