For a new casino they are not up to a good start with me. I HAVE CONTACTED SUPPORT TWICE to ask them to reset my account. Take the funds out = reset account and readd the bonus money. I also sent an email to support. they have been very uncooperative. I have errors - 803698 -803703 -803704 and so, and so on. when i play for fun the casino software works great but not in real money. i am almost ready to give up. their customer service, leaves a little to be desired. I worked in customer service for 20 years, so I tend to get a little grumpy when they have bad service. Sorry I'm a grump...smile
