I asked chat about it yesterday and got the $20, and today I had a $30 Slototicket. I too lost both, although I played on the $30 for over an hour.

I also got the $20 thru chat and then had a $20 slototicket today. Lost both but thanks to Sloto. Seems like they are the last online casino to really appreciate their players.
