OK, I cashed out $50 last month at Sloto BUT I lost way more than that. Am I eligible for the cashback or not? I also did not get the 100% bonus either. Of course they had my account screwed up this morning.

Do I need to contact Justine or what?

Remember.... we went over this last month.. Cashback is on
monthly losses. You did not get your because your account was
locked when the bonuses were credited. You will need to email
and request your VIP bonuses due to that smile

I did email them and as yet haven't heard back anything. Guess I will wait until tomorrow.

Was going to make a deposit tonight but am going to hold off until I get some kind of an answer from them.

i won last month and i put a LOT back throughout the month,i went to chat and they said they havent sent them out yet i got the 100% but not the cashback i guess i will wait and check tomorrow because i am not recieving mails!! smile smile smile smile i giess in the back of my mind i am hping mine will be big thats why they havent given it to me yet!!
