Never got a response to my email. Ill go check my acct and see if I recieved anything. I deposited alot last month and have never cashed out at Simon. Ill just go to live chat. I get no response to my emails anymore.

Yeah I spoke with chat yesterday about the cashback and was told I would get a email when it is ready to claim, so I just keep on checking my promo box to see if its there???? Nothing as of yet
