Well, being single ,w/ no immediate family. I think here i might have an advantage. My favorite food at the holidays are all of my friends family cookin'. I'm fortunate enough(I believe so...) to have friends of many different ethnic groups , kinda blended. And it's cool, 'cuz you get to taste all the ways that they're the same food, pretty much, but with their own ...Flavor, if you will. All have Turkey, Ham etc. . But my asian friends , will have Curry Rice (She's from England, like my Mom.) And Yorkshire pudding, and trifle for Dessert. African Americans, (I'm half and half white) will have Collard Greens , and Chitlins. And , Mexican friends, of course Enchiladas , and Salsa and chips... So, my Favorites are all the different culture , i'm lucky enough , to be a part of, thx. to good friends .... But in the end ... nothin' beats ... Mom's. ( She's Retired...I guess) (smile). Happy Holidays to everyone , share some LOVE, and PEACE.! And tell everyone... Marv, from Cali. , sends a smile, and a hug if you need one. Marvelous.

My favorite thing for Christmas is the whole family thing. I love seeing my grandkids sit by the tree and open their presents. I also love the getting together and exchanging different ideas to give to our family a great time. We usually have Ham, cheesy potatoes and all the goodies to go with it. Merry Christmas all!!
