I would have to suggest Grand Mondial formely known as Grand Monaco.

Recently I have been playing at Vegas Joker Casino. I started playing there because they take E-Wallet Express and not a lot of casino do. I get a pretty good return on my slot play. Vegas Joker has the standard Micro loyalty bonus rate, 1000 points earns you 10 dollars. My only complaint is that you cannot check to see how many points you have, you just have to wait to see if you get credited. They automatically credit it to your casino account between the 10th and 15th of the month and send you an email to notify you. They also have a Flash version if you don't want to download.
