Yes, I too received the email, but no bonus, and haven't been able to get through to live chat for awhile, I just thought it was some kind of security with my computer. I too emailed, I am sure they will get everything fixed!

Thanks TDTAT, I will try that next time, I already wrote an email, sounds like they may be having some tech issues, and I don't want to keep bothering them, I know that they will get the issue straightened out, and I will just wait.

Got my $25, I received an email saying it was now in my cashier, went and looked and it wasn't, so I took TDTATs advice and went to Slotocash homepage contacted support through chat and it was put in there. Good luck to everyone!
