mishmash, I have not heard this from anyone else... maybe try uninstalling the download and download again. You could also try the flash version. If anyone else has this problem, I will let the casino know. You could also go to live chat or email them and see if they have a suggestion.

I spoke too soon. The reels are again stalling in mid-spin.
I notice this happens more frequently:
-with the iSlots vs regular slots
-the longer I play a particular slot
-when I play fast, spin fast
If I log out and then log back into a game, it seems to resolve the problem temporarily...sorta like a 'reset.' Then after a few minutes, the lagging and bogging returns. Weird
Live Chat suggests that the problem is on my side...asking if I was behind a firewall or not...also said that the stalling with the iSlots is prolly related to its increased animation compared to the reg slots. But my point is: this does not and is not happening when I play other Rival casinos.

this happens with all rivals. 
I have had this problem for a long time, thought it was my comp not handeling the graphics and lack of memory. So i rebuilt my comp with better prosseser and much more memory and graphics card, and i get the same thing it starts after a while of playing, sputtering during spins and i also notice if i log out and log back in it seems to stop that for a while and then it starts again.
Not sure what the problem is, i have just lived with it
