Nalababe, First cashouts usally take longer. Make sure they do not want your identity documents. Also you have to deposit before getting paid a free chip win. I would ask support if you need to do anything in regards to the cashout.

I just do not know about this casinos. I play the slots of vegas with there sign up and won over 4000 play throw. I ask what I had to do to get some. I did it all . I was told it would be a week at there booking a week with WU. this started on the 16th of oct. I talk to support on the 7th of this month to see what going on. I was told they stop it cus I play in one of the other casino . Will so if there all the say how can you get any . I start to lplay in a other one cus I could not in that one well my money was being help up. One support told me not to put money in tell it was all done it would just mess thing up.

Thanks all, I deposited the day I withdrew and I sent my docs yesterday just in case..They said 2-5 working days so I will hang in there and see what happens.. I know I did everything right, I have been playing too long and am very clear on the rules for the most part lol.. Except for Micro... They didnt used to have a max cash out on free chips....

i downloaded dendera from an old post (accidently) and i couldnt get the 15 new player no deposit bonus i have never played there but i am still denied the bonus and they tell me to go through a site that offers it so i am going here to try is this possible?
