Does anyone have a phone number for this casino? I would like my $26 back, that I deposited and was sitting in my account when they locked it.
My fault for not checking here before depositing, but that still doesn't change that they have stolen from me.

Bass4BW, Hi! I do not see a phone number for them. Try contacting the member "Tradition" by private message here and email support. I am sure you should get your $26 back and will intervene if they give you any trouble. Any idea why you got locked?

I had a pop-up saying to contact customer service due to multiple accounts (which I resolved over 2 years ago), but live chat said it was because I have chargebacks from ewalletxpress.

Please accept my apologize : like you know, Tradition casino changed a lot of parameters permitting to accept players with old chargebacks in Rival Casinos or with too many accounts in different Rival casinos, so it's not really easy for english support to understand the Tradition casino internal policy :-(

I am good with that. I was originally very frustrated that I was not contacted (as live support had stated,) before my account was locked and could not reach anyone from tradition. I appreciate emma's effort in resolving this issue. They also gave me an extra bonus, Which was very generous of them.
