just wondering if anyone else was waiting on a cashout from vanguard i cashed out 125 on dec 25th and today makes the 5th business day got an email today saying that there are delays due to holidays wonder how long of a delay??

I don't know, I too am waiting on a withdrawal from SlotPower, sister to Vanguard. I cashed out December 24 and still also waiting, but they always take the full 5 business days, so who know maybe today, maybe sometime this week. I can't complain much as it was a free christmas chip. Just have to wait.

What exactly did your email say, I didn't receive an email, but I had spoke to one of their casino reps, and he too told me there was delays, but I should receive it soon.

due to the holidays there were delays on cashouts should receive it as soon as possible something along those lines
