I do have to say one thing: I am a VIP at Slotocash and have NOT received the VIP 100% bonus or any bonus without asking for one. THey always say they will send it to the promotions manager to review, then they give me one. Also, in the email it will say most bonuses are given when asked for. LOL I don't get any emails for promotions, just the ones saying thanks for your deposit.

There are stll technical problems... but you can go to live chat for the $20:

John: We had a minor technical problem, But if they contact us we will be able to add this manually for them.
