The best gift I gave..... My mom and dad are both very ill and do not have a day without pain. It can be hard to live with. So last christmas me and fiance gave them a homemade giftcertificate. Worth cleaning of the hole house once a week and once a week shopping for everything they need.
They have been so thankfull and we know that we did the best thing we could ever give them.
In february we could also tell them that I was carring there first grandchild, so I think we have a hard time giving them anything as big this year.

The best gift I have ever given was to my son...well maybe I didn't actually give it to him, but anyhow. My sons Dad died 4yrs ago he was dragged by a train right behind our houseand he was 10 at the time and his absolute favorite football team was and still is the Kansas City Chiefs and so I wrote a letter to the team or manager and let them know what my son has been through and how he has panick attacks since his Dad died and that they are his favorite team so a few days later while he was at school the UPS man came to my door and they had sent him a football signed by the whole team and also a manager that is no longer w/the team and so when I gave it to him I have never seen my sons face light up the way it did that day and I will never forget that look he had and how happy that made him. The best gift I ever recieved was the birth of my first child..."she" was due Jan. 1st and being my first child I wasn't looking for "her" to be born until after my due date...but I actually ended up having "HIM" on Dec.15th so "HIM" and I were both home by Christmas!!! 
Not only a surprise that he came early but we also still have his first Christmas stocking that was inscribed "Alyssa"(going to be our daughters name)....hehe Wouldn't change a thing

My best gift was the birth of my only grandchild on Christmas Eve and bringing he and his mom home from the hospital on Christmas Day. My daughter passed away 4 years later, Ryan is now 20 and he is still the best gift I ever received on any occasuon.

This is the first time that I am glad to be 47!! This really made my day as I had to stay home sick from the family Christmas gathering. I just came upstairs to check my email. When I saw that I had one it really lifted my spirits!!
