Ok I would have to say that my favorite Easter treat would have to be robin eggs. I ate them as a child and I still eat them to this day.

Coconut cake with lemon or pineapple filling, buttercream frosting with coconut applied, and bird egg jelly beans formed into a nest on top of the cake. Yum!!
