Hi I have deposited at simon for awhile, I have not got a darn thing from them????

How do they determine who gets what??????????

gonecamping2, why not send an email to simonsays with ATT: Kendra in the subject line.. , and see if you could get VIP status, and say you are a noluck member maybe this could help.. Hope this helps

The automatic system determines who gets VIP freebies..
Email support attention Kendra and ask her if your account is ok.

I started getting VIP freebies after I deposited over $500
in one week.

I did. Matter of fact the only casino I got anything from was Simon Says. I haven't even gotten any emails from any since the middle of the week. Strange.

I Sure didn't...i got the 50% match bonus.. but not the freebie and i got the email verifying that i did deposit last week... so i don't know, very stange... smile

i have talk with live person , and i tell him why there is always promo coming soon and nothing coming lol

he answers , i just see you have deposit on 20 and took 15 free and promo
as well i have tell him , but , we are friday, if i want deposit i play with what , no promo ? he added a 35 match deposit on my account but my level have change i havent take it

i wait their promo to cashier

i think like tawnia they have problem with their mail and or their support
