I like that one alot better but yes it would be even better with a dark lettering to offset the bright background, which is a great color.

I think you should stick with the purple background one you posted but just change the lettering in it to a darker color that goes with the purple.

sorry I don't like that color of purple enough to put it on the front page..
it is almost pink and all the guys already complain we are
too girly

awe oki then. It is almost pinkish but I think it stands out really well. Maybe try fire red instead of that pink ish color.
