everyday about three times a day i say this to my kids ,husband, parents ,and dog : I Love You! now that makes everyone feel good !

WOW, you played tennis. i love watching this sport! i don't really play, well not since high school, but i can live vicariously (sp) through my daughter. She takes tennis lessons. He is strict but good. (sorry unrelated to advice).

Smiles are contagious..........if you smile at someone, they smile back and just maybe you made someone happy who was not having such a good day and smiling makes you feel good!

My best advise was to my daughter (or anyone else that will listen) is 2 part: Be yourself and don't worry about others judging you/ Don't judge others.
I preached this all her life and now at 33 she is a happy, confident, free spirited woman,A great mother herself and grateful I raised her that way.
She calls me her "hippy" Mom...and I'm proud of it.!

Still think this is one of the best pieces of advice you can ever give someone....
Don't do thing's or give thing's to other's because you are expecting that person to give back something of equal or lesser value to you for doing so! If you do things and give things to other's because it makes you happy to do so then you won't be dissappointed that you didn't get something out of it!
