So what is everyone doing for Easter this year? I have no plans this year, so I will live vicariously,
IT IS JUST GOING TO BE ANOTHER DAY HERE , I WILL MOST LIKELY COOK A HAM AND THAT IS ABOUT IT.
I'm with you shirlsplay gonna cook a ham an greens.

As usual, there will be good food and family. My daughter, son-in-law and grandson will be here. They are coming all the way from next door
I have a 7.5 lb pork loin that hubby will put in the smoker. I'll fix baked sweet potatoes (with butter & brown sugar) fresh asparagus and a couple of dozen deviled eggs. Sadly, my 17 year old grandson is way past the age when I made him an Easter basket and hide eggs for him. Now he just wants me to make him a dozen deviled eggs, that are just for him, he loves them so much. Dessert will be a coconut cake.
Just another typical southern meal

My aunt is hosting the family Easter celebration this year. There will be ham for sure.
I taking my loaded deviled eggs and maybe some quiches.

Egg salad, deviled eggs , shrimp salad with eggs yummy yummy. I am cheating and am eating a Peep and a piece of chocolate for sure!
