adamintx, With a rival casino if it says "new promotions coming soon" when you first register it means you are bonus blocked. You can ask support for a "manager account review."
i am not sure tawnia because at vegas2web , all the week i have , new promotion coming soon , because they dont give deposit bonuses on week but only on week end , and friday to sunday i have my promo to cashier
i think it is when we have , no promotion available , that is because we are bonus abuse

I was unable to install the casino. Got a message saying to contact support and give them them this error number 490730048.
i am having same problem. when i try to contact live chat, the page wont load.

i am having the same problem installing this casino and any other casinos i have tried installing lately. I dont know where to start asking for help cuz contacting live customer support is no help. Someone have a solution to this??

mpalomino, Hi! You could try rebooting and do the download again. Maybe your firewall is blocking the casino download or Maybe you could try the no download version of the casino to play the free chip.
