Thanks TDTAT for your help. The live chat supervisor said that they will not gove me bonus because it shows another affiliate. I dont think thats right as I clicked on the link provided here. This is the first time I ever had a problem like this but what can I do. Thanks again.

I can not get you the bonus if they block Sweden. I have updated the post to include Sweden as not allowed to claim the free chip:

Canadians are not accepted and the casino does not allow players
from Sweden, Denmark, Poland, Netherlands or Finland to claim free chip
