Last time I asked - they told me that, "not everyday is going to be a Bonus Day" I was a little surprised at that reply!

I think one of their customer service reps is a little on the "brash" side.

I had sent an email and I think it was on 11/5/09 for the Thursday, "Mystery" promo.

I don't think it had the service reps name on the email, I would have remembered who it was!!!
