You claimed the deposit bonus so everything got wrapped up together and you have to make the playthrough on the deposit bonus.

You should not have claimed a bonus when you deposited. Yes they told you you have to deposit then you can cashout, but not if you claim another bonus with more rules....

It is always like this. If I have $100 of my own cash in my account at any casino and then I deposit some more and claim a bonus, the whole amount is not withdrawable until I am done with the new playthrough.

You need to remember 2 things:

1. If you win on a free chip and have to deposit to cashout, do not claim a deposit bonus (unless it is required).

2. Never claim a new bonus if you have cash in your account... play your account to 0 or cashout before you deposit again with a bonus.

Thats okay TDTAT it isnt your fault I am just still sorta new at this online casino stuff and i dont quite understand all the ins and outs of it.

nathan1234, NO, Don't deposit again. I thought you still had some left. If your account is at zero, then you can not play anymore.
If they put the $100 you tried to withdraw back in the account, then play.

one of the reasons i think i got confused too is that when i cashed in the free chip it showed my playthrough in the cashier the whole time
and once i deposited and made a withdraw then it showed my balance but never showed my playthrough so i never actually knew what my playthrough for my deposit bonus was
or if it had been met
and i assumed it was cashable
also for some reason in the lobby it says my balance is negative 87.00 hope i dont have to pay them back

Sometimes that info in the cashier always says withdrawable even if you can not.

2nd: play slots if you have to keep playing or with the $12.50.

okay i just spoke with chat and they put me on with the casino manager and she was VERY nice and she understood the confusion i was having with everything alot of it was caused by the fact i am seeing two different balances
my account in the lobby shows 12.50 that isnt really
there my balance is at 100$ and that is cashable and the max cashout
they have to recieve my id info first before they can approve it and I guess i made both my playthroughs after all
so Laura the manager said she will personally handle all my account issues and she will have the multiple balance looked into and corrected by the software department and assured me she will cashout the 100$ as soon as she can
