Ok myst.
Here is the lowdown. I called the number a bit ago, and talked to a very nice lady however, she still would not give me the bonus.
The person that you refer has to get their card, activate it with the promo code, then load the card. You will then get the bonus, but she did not know about the $20. She is still saying it is only $5. I even read her the email.
Not to mention that she said the friend I refer has to have a new card, and since my friends card has already been delivered he doesnt qualify.
