I used to gamble a lot online before the USA cracked down and made it so difficult to deposit and play. I responded to an ad for a free chip from Cleopatra's Palace in September 2009 and methodically worked it up to $450, well surpassing the play through requirement in early November. Weeks would pass without getting responses without continual badgering, submitting the fax back forms, only to hear they weren't clear enough. When they finally were acceptible, they denied the cash-out request saying that I'd redeemed an earlier free chip (don't know if I did or not), and that they would not honor my withdrawal. When asked to clarify, they simply said to "play it out". Months of wasted time, very poor service, and I used to actually prefer the RTG sites. Don't waste your time there like I did.

Hello... This is a rogue casino. Do not deposit there. I can not help get you paid at a bad casino like this. We do not work with bad casinos that do not pay. We have known this is a bad casino for a long time and always warned our members to avoid them. I wish you had found our site BEFORE you deposited there.
Next time you want to play at a casino google their name and "complaints"... if you see lots of complaints like we have here about Cleopatra's then do not play there.
